What is the shipping fee?
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard shipping costs $19 when the order amount is less than $59. Standard shipping is free on orders greater than $59 and less than $1199.9. For orders less than $1200, the shipping fee for expedited shipping is $29. For orders greater than or equal to $1200, we will provide free expedited shipping.
When will my order be shipped？
Approximately 2-3 business days after placing the order.
How long does delivery take?
Approximately 4-8 business days.
For
expedited shipping, it'll be
4-7 Working Days Delivery. For
standard shipping, it'll be 6-8 Working Days Delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
US.
But we cannot deliver to the following areas of the US:
1. Alaska
2. Hawaii
3. Puerto Rico
4. Armed Forces Americas

Do I need to pay the tax?
Yes, we charge for taxes for each order.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change my address?
If you receive an email notification that the shipment has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be modified.
If you have not received an email notification of the shipment, please contact customer service to confirm that the address can be changed.
