Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

ZEROZERO provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models.
If a hardware defect occurs during the warranty period and Zero Zero receives a valid claim, in general ZEROZERO will repair the product with new or refurbished spare parts free of charge or replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Initiating a Warranty

1. Please reach out to ZEROZERO customer support via operation@zerozerorobotics.com to initiate a warranty. Please state the reason for warranty and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. ZEROZERO support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the warranty to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to ZEROZERO with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

Please Note:

  1. The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  2. The defective item’s visible proof depicting the defect is required.
  3. ZEROZERO requires quality inspections on returns.
  4. For defective items that ZEROZERO needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to ZEROZERO or if the defective item is not returned.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by ZEROZERO quality control to be in working condition.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 7 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
